Brief Introduction
Oil well cementing is a special use application for PVA, and different PVA mesh used in different well. Some customers required 25mesh, some require 80mesh.
1. Sample Test
In September, one of our customers made a request for a 500g sample of PVA 0588 with a 20mesh specification in order to carry out some testing. We promptly prepared the sample and shipped out via DHL as quickly as possible, ensuring that it would reach them in a timely manner.
After one week, we received another request from a different customer who was interested in using PVA for the same use application, but this time they required PVA 2488 with an 80mesh specification. We immediately began the process of sourcing this specific type of PVA in the required mesh specification to fulfill our customer’s needs.

2. Regular Order
In MAY, the customer who requrie 0588 put order. However, this customer had requirement for the packaging of the product. Normally, we package the product in 1,500kgs per pallet, but the customer requested a customized service where the product would be packed in 800kg per pallet. This meant that we had to modify our usual packaging process to accommodate the customer’s specific needs.
We took great care to ensure that the customized packaging service would not compromise the quality of the product in any way. Our team put in extra effort to make sure that the packaging was secure and would not cause any damage to the product during transportation. We also made sure that the packaging was able to withstand any external factors that could potentially affect the product’s quality.
